Letter from Mendel Wolfson

As it happens, now in Malmesbury I am with my relation Kretzmar. He writes a letter home, so I will make use of the opportunity to greet my dear landsleit, to inform you that I am very well. I have my own business in Cape Town. Please give my regards to my dear parents and family. It will be late before I get to Cape Town. I will miss the mail, and I will save writing an extra letter, so please assure my family that I am very well. I get on well in my business, I am very happy that I have met my friend and landsman Kretzmar, and we have enjoyed our time together, Mendel Wolfson.

To my dear brother-in-law and my brother Shmuel, I would have liked to greet you all. You are already enlightened, because the times in the world is always teaching us. But it is impossible to see you. Please write to me how you are getting on, and what you intend to do. Please write to me where Aaron Morris is now. We have not heard from him since he went into the army. Please reply in detail. I greet my mother-in-law, my brother-in-law Moishe Schochet, and my sister and her family, my sister-in-law, Chana Reza, keep well and happy, your son, son-in-law, brother-in-law and brother, Tuvye Kretzmar
